Tania Rinchere-Georges, FNP-BC
I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of experience across diverse healthcare settings, including hospice, medical-surgical, long-term care, wound care, and care management. My nursing career began as a Licensed Practical Nurse, where I gained four years of hands-on experience before advancing my education and becoming a Registered Nurse. Over the past 13+ years, I have continued to build my expertise, earning my Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Nursing from Miami Dade College, followed by my Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University.
I am certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and am deeply committed to delivering patient-centered care. My practice philosophy focuses on empowering patients to take an active role in their health by collaborating with them to create individualized care plans.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new places, shopping, trying new restaurants, and relaxing with a good movie.
