Kiara Martinez Guerrero is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP). She brings nearly two decades of dedicated healthcare experience to our team, combining a deep background in acute care with extensive advanced practice expertise.

Kiara specializes in providing comprehensive, high-quality care to older adults and Medicare patients through telehealth, in-home visits, and long-term care facilities. She is deeply passionate about taking the time to listen to her patients, understanding their unique histories, and building meaningful relationships to improve their daily well-being.

Outside of her clinical practice, Kiara loves recharging by the ocean and spending quality time with her husband, son, and their two dogs.
