Katie Yakubowski, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C is a compassionate Nurse Practitioner providing personalized primary care for adults and seniors in Central Florida. She focuses on preventive care, chronic condition management, and helping patients make small, sustainable changes that support long-term health and wellness.

Originally from Titusville, Florida, Katie is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients and creating a supportive space where they feel heard and empowered. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is board-certified as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.

When she’s not working with her patients, Katie enjoys spending time with her fiancé and two dogs, traveling, and making iced lattes at home.
