Jeaniacieuse ‘Jeania’ Theodore, FNP

Jeania is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in nursing, beginning her career as a Registered Nurse (RN) in 2020. Early in her career, she gained diverse and high-level clinical experience through crisis contracts in acute and critical care settings, which strengthened her clinical judgment, adaptability, and resilience during some of the most challenging times in healthcare. Those experiences shaped her ability to think critically, act efficiently, and remain grounded in patient-centered care under pressure.

Today, she specializes in primary care and chronic disease management, where she combines compassionate care with evidence-based practice to help patients achieve better, more sustainable health outcomes. Her approach goes beyond treating symptoms; she focuses on prevention, continuity, and addressing the root causes of illness. She strives to educate, advocate for, and empower her patients so they can take an active and informed role in their health and overall well-being.

As a provider, Jeania values creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and comfortable discussing their health concerns. She believes strong provider–patient relationships are the foundation of effective care and long-term success.

Proud of her Haitian heritage, Jeania brings a culturally informed perspective to her practice that allows her to connect with and serve diverse communities with sensitivity and respect. Her passion lies in ensuring that every patient receives high-quality, personalized care delivered with dignity, compassion, and intention.
