Aleisha Gasaway, MSN, APRN, NP-C

Hope is an MSN graduate of the University of Phoenix with over 20 years of clinical experience.  She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  Hope has a Bachelor of Science in Community Health and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing as well as a master’s in education from the University of North Florida.  Hope believes the patient-provider relationship is a partnership.  Her goal is to guide and educate patients on their health, their treatment options, and accomplishing their healthcare goals and needs.  She takes pride in taking the extra time to listen and educate compassionately.  Her focus is to establish a trusting rapport, to provide more comprehensive and inclusive healthcare. 

Hope is a Jacksonville Beach native, has two grown children, and loves to travel.  She enjoys long walks on the beach at sunrise and stays active with the community.
