Carleta Albertie, FNP-BC

Carleta Albertie, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse clinical background spanning pulmonary care, urgent care, home-based primary care, and skilled nursing settings. She has extensive experience managing complex acute and chronic conditions, including COPD, heart failure, diabetes, and hypertension, with a strong focus on evidence-based practice and patient-centered care. Her nursing foundation includes experience in telemetry, trauma surgery, and veteran care through the Veterans Health Administration, where she developed a comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach to treatment.

Carleta is passionate about improving access to care, particularly through home-based services and preventive health strategies. She is committed to empowering patients through education and collaborative care planning to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Outside of work, she enjoys hosting gatherings, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. She also has a love for music, good food, and creating meaningful experiences with those around her.
