Brook Wilson
APRN, AGNP-C
Brook is an AANP-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with over 18–20 years of nursing experience, and has always been driven by a deep passion for helping others feel heard, supported, and comforted throughout every stage of their health journey. Her background includes caring for adults with complex needs in palliative medicine, wound care, and specialty settings such as gastroenterology and home-based care.
What brings her the greatest fulfillment in her career is the opportunity to truly connect with patients and their families — to listen, to advocate, and to make a meaningful difference in their quality of life. She believes that compassion, kindness, and teamwork are at the heart of exceptional patient care.
Brook earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University and holds Advanced Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing (ACHPN). She is also proud to have been recognized for clinical excellence, including being awarded BayCare’s Employee of the Month (2022) and the Clinical Excellence Award for Advanced Practice (2023).
Outside of work, her world revolves around her family. As a military wife and mom of three, she cherishes every moment spent with her husband, their 3 children, and their sweet dog Charlie. They love taking family vacations and going out to dinner together — some of their best memories are made around the table and on the road. Brook’s family keeps her grounded, grateful, and inspired to be the best version of herself every day.
