Dr. Bernitta Colley is a forward-thinking Family Nurse Practitioner with over 23 years of diverse nursing experience across skilled nursing, LTAC, hospice, home health, post-surgical, medical-surgical, telemetry, orthopedic, trauma, and psychiatric settings. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, holistic care and brings a deep understanding of complex patient needs across care environments.

She earned her BSN magna cum laude from Aspen University, her MSN with honors from United States University, and her doctorate from Capella University, also graduating with honors. A native of Oklahoma City, she relocated to Jacksonville in 2018. In her free time, she enjoys family, travel, shopping, and exploring new restaurants.
